It's just that remaking that type of mod for DT without losing one's sanity when having to keep up with updates requires tooling that simply doesn't exist atm, and that takes an ungodly amount of work to build (orders of magnitude more than the mod itself would take once the tools will be there)
Hot(?) take: that one song from patch 7.4 sure is very cool, but it absolutely does not work in context.
(oh and I'm also on other projects these days, so that's even less time to build these tools)
