3 weeks vs 10 hours, wtf? Its like the mechanical work shouldn't take me any time on a bot, but it takes forever. Is the 3d printing whats slowing me down?
"cannon arms" < grumble grumble > ok! so I didn't FINISH it, but thats all the welding (I think) I need to make the cover plates, its 12:35am and the cutting will be a bunch of noise, so I will hold off till tomorrow.... er, later today, whatever.

Photo break! Starting assembly of the upper body. I have added an extra "lower back" joint, I need to think about this more... It is really hard to get good contrast in a photo like this, there is too much stuff in my yard.
I wonder if I should use my "daffy duck" paint theme...
Mech should have: o arms o guns/cannons.
Its a bit more ostrich and less chicken.
