Europe should do so much more for Ukraine
The only comparison that comes even close is the destruction of the Buddhas of Bamiyan by the Taliban in 2001.
Those statues predated Islam, and were destroyed by Islamic extremists.
Pechersk Lavra predates russia, and now russia attacked it with missiles.
Both acts are equally barbaric.

Europe should do so much more for Ukraine
Destruction is russian culture. Terrorism is russian culture. Barbarism is russian culture. Remember Pechersk Lavra the next time someone talks to you about the "great russian culture".
Europe needs to do so much more for Ukraine while there still is something left to save.
