I was just watching some David Hockney videos the day before yesterday and thinking, “It’s going to be a really sad day when you pass, and I feel like it will be soon.”

One of the many reasons this is so offensive is that disabled people are incredibly resourceful, innovative, imaginative people who are so skilled at solving problems. Not just for themselves but for their communities. The world does itself a huge disservice by always shoving disabled ppl out.
