All I did was add up the totals on the first page of this doc (thanks @jamesbjones.com) and got $96K. NINETY-SIX THOUSAND. FOR THE VENUE ALONE. And that was just one day! I know for a fact there were other events there too, on other days. That’s a whole salary! Pick a lane, Xbox!

I see the Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis embargo is up. Went hands-on at SGF as well, thought it was a good marriage of old and new TR, with some Max Payne bullet time to boot. Needs polish, though. Also met Lara's voice actress in a most unconventional way, but there may be video of that soon.

While Jess is completely correct in this thread, one addition I will make is that this event occurred in the Academy Museum of Motion Pictures in LA. The Oscars Museum, basically. Which, on its own, probably cost a goddamn fortune. Holy Christ.
