Today SCOTUS, in a grave disservice to queer and trans people across the country, held that statutes banning conversion therapy are subject to First Amendment strict scrutiny. Basically, SCOTUS handed therapists a First Amendment right to torture queer people.
Only Justice Jackson dissented.

Just saw the SCOTUS news and my heart is fucking pounding
Fuck everything about this court and all the journalists who have covered for it for so long
Assuming a 5-year lifetime for orbital data centre satellites & 0.5% disposal failure rate, SpaceX will add 1,000 dead sats to LEO every year, on average, for a 1 million sat constellation. If each sat = a V2 Starlink, that's 2 million kg per year & no drag to remove most. Seems like a concern.
