Yesterday I presented Consciousness Under Constraint Through the Lived Experience of Intersex Migrants at #ISTP2026.
Studying the lived experience of #intersex migrants may reveal aspects of #consciousness, embodiment, and meaning-making that often remain invisible in more stable contexts.

My memory of Satrapi is when she came to The Boston Globe while promoting the movie version of Persepolis. Lit up a cigarette. Someone said “You can’t smoke here.” She said “Don’t be ridiculous” and proceeded to chain-smoke throughout the entire visit. RIP to a real one.
