I wonder if this passes, would the entire University be on the hook if a single faculty member broke these rules? Would the thought police really be willing to take away childhood cancer research funding because an astronomer refuses to comply?
Their goal is clearly yes
1. There has been a major new federal rule proposed governing ALL federal grants.
A federal grant recipient will be deemed ineligible if the recipient advances "gender ideology," or denies that "sex is binary."
This includes hospitals, schools, nonprofits.
