Is there anyone who knows someone in Lisbon or is based in Lisbon who could get some documents copied for me? I can’t travel for the foreseeable future thanks to the joys of US immigration and could use a Lisbon-based RA in the meanwhile 🗃️
We’re wringing our hands about how AI is destroying the college essay, scholarship, journalism. But bemoaning the enshittification only goes so far. The important question is: what are the material conditions that drive culture workers (students, scholars, writers) to use AI in the first place?
