Gas station cuisine has the highest highs and the lowest lows, and is oddly universal. Hell, we are heavily reliant on Petrosun baleadas, pastelitos, and soups here in Honduras.
Yeah I don’t turn my nose up at any gas station cuisine cause it’s a lot of gems out there, just got to be able to eyeball it.
