my main complaint with this is thinking about the times when people outside of a community pushed for changes they saw as necessary, but when the time came to implement those changes they’re suddenly nowhere to be found and suddenly don’t care about running anymore

Yet another improvement to the Windy Hill Tutorial. 54 is apparently possible with a "go through walls" glitch but it's undocumented so no idea how to do that. This will do for now.
