This is exactly the phenomenon I was discussing in my thread yesterday (will attach below). Even if you can show a video is faked with AI, some people just don’t care - as long as it supports what they want to believe.

We flounced out of the EU on the say-so of politicians who lied to us. And what a total shitshow that’s turned out to be. The polar opposite of what they promised.
