Yes, I saw that too, however I believe there are only a small number of STs that are £2k. Certainly 1882 Club and possibly a few others. Ours, even before my newly awarded ‘Seniors’ discount, was half that. None deadline in March this year.
Well done Oxfordshire - I read about the flags in Oxford recently which had loads of comments from people saying it was a great thing that they were there, along with how they can support the 'campaign' by donating money to the cause. My guess is that someone, somewhere is getting rich from it.
They announced that the ST window would stay open until June so people can decide based on season end (and therefore next season's opposition)...
Got chatting on a train to a guy who bought an 1882 ST with no waiting list, so straight from nowhere to ST holder - the following season he moved to another part of the ground, effectively jumping the ST queue, by being willing and able to pay £2k as a one-off.
It's hard. Every day I get more down about it. Vinai - Partay, now RDZ championing Greenwood. Had hoped that the club would do the right thing.

I was there too - I remember a great fun year of going to places like Oldham, Blackburn and Mansfield. We were lucky to go back up the next season. It's a whole lot harder now.
Struggling with it all at the moment - RDZ worse than Jose and Conte.
I'm still OK with that - mainly because I'm too scared to let it lapse in case I can never get it back! (Also got my OAP discount.)
She was on R4 this morning too, drivelling on about drilling for oil and gas. The Beeb didn't even challenge her about her party's funding from big oil.
