I had feedback today at work & they told me next feedback they’re going to work with me with my future with the company because they said I’m excelling & they want to keep me as long as possible 🥹
I’ve been working so hard at this job so it’s just so nice to be rewarded, especially after years of abuse with previous, I’ve never faltered how hard I work, so it’s nice to be recognized.
Now she did pull a crazy call today, so I don’t know my grade yet but lmaooo, she had to look up the guidelines as well because we were both confused.
I’m going into art mode, watch out.
