Mercedes Delfinado (1933-2026), trained in @universityofhawaii.bsky.social , worked on Philippine mosquitoes, other group of flies & arthropods, & co-edited a 3-volume Catalog of the #Diptera of the Oriental Region with D. Elmo Hardy. She passed away last June 8.
