Having persistent brain fog is a wonderful way to train yourself out of performative hyperverbalism and defensive humor: It narrows the focus to just making sense of things and then sharing what you've been able to synthesize.
"Backrooms" viewers! I've heard that it's particularly triggering for folks with mental health issues or trauma backgrounds, but ALSO I've mostly had good experiences with horror as a *coping mechanism*. Curious about folks' experiences.
