What a concept!
Everyone should submit their thoughts and concerns about the expansion of Billy Bishop to handle jets. No matter what questions the government is asking, it's not a done deal, and a flood of public backlash is much harder to ignore than a discouraged public that never raises its voice.
"This is too big and too permanent a decision to be left to an eight-minute survey. The people of this city have a right to be genuinely heard."

I read it 40+ years ago so I don't remember all the details but the overall story has stuck with me in a way few stories do.

I grew up with OC Transpo in the 70s and 80s and I have to say, it was not great back then either. I actually had OC Transpo nightmares for years (dreaming I was somehow stranded somewhere waiting for or trying to find the right bus, or on a bus going I didn't know where).
