If calling a state secret police agent a murderer for committing murder will lead to more murder by the state secret police, it sure seems like the problem is with the secret police

Mary and I are no longer together after almost 11 years. I'm doing Very Bad, but hopefully I'll be doing better in the future, and hopefully the therapist I've started seeing helps that happen sooner than later.
