My friends told me it'd be a good idea to make a Ko-fi goal. Been paying off debt from a hard time I had a few years ago, and any spare money I have after bills is going towards that.

The sooner I can get this out of the way, the sooner I can plan for a future instead of a monthly statement.
I'm only doing as well as I am because of the generosity of so many friends the last 6 years. I don't want to keep skirting by forever, but I'm afraid to do anything that could make it worse

$8k seems like a lot, but it's lower than it used to be a couple years ago. Any amount someone send me makes it smaller.

It's been hard to consider doing anything that feels in any way financially risky, like replacing my car that's slowly falling apart, or going to a medical specialist
