The Hockney painting I bought - as a postcard 🙂 during a school trip to Tate Britain in 1991. After hours at school drawing and painting boring still life of fruit, Hockney (and Lichtenstein) opened up my mind and got me passionate about a very different style.

You might think I’m crazy - maybe that’s what grief and isolation has done to me, but during the past 7 months, I’ve received a lot of signs from people. Random encounters, hugs from strangers - I know it sounds esoteric and “out there”, but it’s like the universe is telling me it’ll be ok.
