If you have 5 min I recommend that you check your biases at recording vegetation cover. I found it super surprising how biased I was at the lower covers, always over estimating the covers. docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1F...

I really like the section about newly defended theses because we get a glimpse of their work, which often times don't fall into what we are working on. It is also lovely to see photos of the study sites in different parts of the world 😍

Random fact of the day. I did not know that two members of the band Sportfreunde Stiller are TUM alumni. Turns out that Florian Weber and Peter Brugger met at TUM 30 years ago studying Sports Science 2001.
