Today I said "oh, so the previous person I called lied to me?" and the representative told me I could make a complaint to which I replied "THAT SOUNDS LIKE MORE HOOPS FOR ME TO JUMP THROUGH".
Another call for this. I have been blind for nearly four weeks. PIP and DWP still don't think I'm disabled enough. A lot has been spent on travel so I can get care assistant and Ubers to hospital appointments. Fancy helping?
