The only place for LLMs in a classroom is as a cautionary tale right up there with tales of plagiarism, the 'science wars,' and cases of premature claims like the University of Utah cold fusion fiasco.
It's a tool, sure. It's not a tool for teaching, learning, or research.

I'm probing an AI image model right now for infringing material, and it's doing things I've never seen before in a way that I think proves the compression argument beyond a shadow of a doubt. I'm honestly gobsmacked.
