Just checked with our team which is reviewing the indictment. As you'd expect (but obviously you want to be sure) it looks like yet another case of wild overcharging. Some chaotic protest moments that DOJ wants to make into a violent attack. Good luck getting this past a Minneapolis jury.

In regard to the LAPD murdering a homeowner’s dog, white people (including myself) should keep this energy when any black person is killed by the police. The police have killed 553 this year SO FAR. Black people are 2.8x times more likely to be killed by the police than white people.
