SAVE THE DATE: this Thursday 18th June at 6 pm BST/GMT, our monthly #WomenWritersNet Bluesky chat! Come meet other #writers over a virtual discussion. An unmissable topic: Writing as a Second or Parrallel Career 'See you' there! #SkyChat #WritingLife #WritingCommunity #WomenWriters
#WeeknightWriters - Well, it's late and I'm fading fast. I had a blast here as I always do. Now, time to wind down and get ready for bed. Take care everyone and see you next Thursday!
#WeeknightWriters - Going to a Strawberry Festival with my husband gave me joy. We saw lots of booths and even a vintage car show. We saw everything but strawberries. They were inside a building we never made it to. So a strawberry festival with no strawberries. LOL
#WeeknightWriters - Submit & write more stories, work on a novel. Go to the Victorian Gothic Market Saturday and vintage baseball next week for fun. Also, walk on the beach when my hip stops complaining. I miss my beach walks.
I also finished WIDOW'S BAY, which was filmed here! Such fun!
#WeeknightWriters Hubby and I are going to a vintage baseball game in about a week. It's played with 1860s rules & vintage uniforms. The umpire wears a top hat and tails! Think of the movie FIELD OF DREAMS. There is even a cornfield out there! We bring lawn chairs and hang out. Great fun!
#WeeknightWriters - I'm struggling with life stuff. Applying for Medicare before the end of June with my husband. Missing The Horror Zine. Recovering from knee and hand surgery. Hoping for more acceptances. Trying to take it easy. It's not too bad but it's all at once.
#WeeknightWriters - The Horror Zine was around for about 15 years & it ended on a high note. One of my short horror stories will be on a podcast in Oct. I'm also doing a reading at a Wiccan store on Samhain. Waiting word on three subs. Things are in upheaval health and career-wise but I'm well.

Hey, everyone, sorry to cut out early but something came up and I have to leave. I'll be here next time. Everyone enjoy the weekend!
#WeeknightWriters - I'm Trish Wilson and I write quiet horror and horror comedy. I was the Media Director of The Horror Zine, which has permanently closed as of yesterday. The Editor in Chief is moving & wanted to end on a high note. I miss it already. I'm working on 3 WIPs. Also had an acceptance!
