An animated sequence of images taken by a KH-4A CORONA spy satellite horizon camera.
The images were taken on August 23, 1965, during mission 1023 as the satellite flew southeast over North Korea. China's Shandong Peninsula is clearly seen.
Who wants to count all of the aircraft?

44 years ago today (June 13) a KH-9 HEXAGON spy satellite flew over the Falkland Islands during the Falklands War.
The satellite captured the cratered runway at Port Stanley and the burning ship Sir Galahad.
