It really is a testament to the good people on Twitter and the culture created that despite every conceivable mishap and mass exodus it still manages to stay afloat maintaining a certain level of what made it special in the first place. Culture still exists & thrives there and we need that.
Like, I consider myself very politically savvy and engaged...and Bluesky is just an overload of politics. Very one track minded. An almost 24 hr news forum. That's fine, I appreciate it for that, but I'm really missing the conversations surrounding culture that made the other place feel communal.
Anyone else find it hard to post on here sometimes? Maybe my feed isn't curated well enough but I struggle to find the line of conversations and contribute. If I post it's mostly just a thought out into the void which is fine, but it's weird how a lack of regular mutuals can really dry up the place.
