To monitor membrane damage & repair in real time, we developed a robust high-throughput approach combining: 📸 live high-content imaging 📊 automated quantification 🧬 stable, homogeneous reporter cell lines
As a proof of concept ✨ We used Dictyostelium cells expressing two ESCRT reporters: Alix & Vps32. → Our approach tracks their kinetics after LLOMe-induced damage and confirms earlier recruitment of Alix after damage
