This is a nuisance case, but that's how they work. They don't even care that they'll eventually be humiliated when the case is dismissed. They use the courts to wear the opposition down.

Feds are out in Minneapolis and St Paul this morning, arresting observers and people who protested Metro Surge. There are maybe 5-6 that I know of so far, that’s 5-6 too many. We knew this could happen. Check in with your people and secure your devices.
