The details really really do matter. My timeline is already flooded with “SCOTUS struck down!” which … it didn’t. This isn’t good, but it also isn’t over, and the concurrence apparently gives a roadmap for CO to follow. Legal details matter in legal cases.

This decision applies only to talk therapy, not forms of "conversion therapy" that involve physical interventions (which are really abuse). It does not strike down Colorado's law on its face. Actually, it does not invalidate anything—it just holds that this kind of law is subject to strict scrutiny.
