One of the all time greats of comic strip humor for me. This absolutely helped define the kind of drawing and behavior I wanted to depict when I was a kid. There's plenty of other influences I could share, but I found myself repeating Opus' dialogue earlier today out of the blue and had to share!

I'm in a sharing kind of mood. Folks might not be as familiar with the Depatie-Freleng Pink Panther cartoons anymore, but they were so ubiquitous for awhile that it's kinda staggering how much better and quietly witty this movie intro is in comparison. Richard Williams FTW!

Arik the Badger enjoying the Great Outdoors. Scenes like this make me feel strongly that I should be more specific with my outdoor scenes, -I would LOVE to have this evoke more of the majesty of the Yosemite Valley that I recently got to visit.
