Because Windows 11 update broke my workstation setup, I have my work laptop open instead of docked. The cats loved laying on it for the warmth while it was closed, so now I'm constantly wrangling cats off the laptop keyboard.
They don't need to cheat for natural 20s because the players and GM will work together to make things interesting and fun even in failures. Any information missed will be given later in less advantage ways. The most fun segments of my campaigns started by player fumbles.
Are there people accusing Critical Role and other actual plays of cheating and making up rolls to ensure events? Y'all naysayers don't understand the skill it takes for a GM to ensure anything happens at all within the rules, and outside of them, to make a beautiful interconnected TTRPG story.
