Wonder how this will affect movement of ECRs. If an institution can only put one candidate forward, would they prioritise current postdocs or incoming ones. Might there be any consideration of how long each postdoc has left on their contract or other factors. Stressful.
I am seeking postdoc opportunities in insectβmicrobiome interactions, ecology & evolutionary biology. Research: aphidβplantβmicrobiome dynamics, 16S rDNA sequencing & ecological genomics. Open to international relocation. PIs/collaborators, letβs connect. #Postdoc #aphid #Microbiome
