This made me laugh so hard.
Three years ago tomorrow, I very nervously gave this speech. I knew my career as a TV journalist was dunzo, cooked, filleted, kaput the morning I wrote it. (Thanks to Kat insisting I go for it anyway.)

Last week a dear friend found out she had been diagnosed with breast cancer. She was weeping. What would the treatment be? would she survive? what about her family? Will she be disfigured? Will there be pain?
Things she did NOT have to cry about: the cost of treatment. Not one bit. Because Canada.
Meanwhile, in toronto canada, we had a high of 9 degrees and still haven't had it reach spring temperatures for more than a day at a time yet. It's extraordinary. Can we borrow some heat? And by the way, that's centigrade for all you americans. :)

A teacher is sharing an experience of teaching writing and finding that 70 to 75% of essays appear to be AI generated or supported. Huge abuse.
This is the maga garbage Alberta has to put up with. They want to separate from Canada and join the USA. They make threats openly to various members of the province. Hopefully the RCMP have paid a visit to them.
