And I can admit & acknowledge that my intense interest in Joseph Beuys is a bit of a coping mechanism with the current state of the world. But I’m not going to question it. And hopefully I can turn it into something more meaningful with time ++

I’ve connected w/ 2 photogs in the last 6 months who worked w/ Joseph Beuys. I have no idea what I’m doing w/ the info I’m collecting but this has been an interesting ride that’s given me life. If anything, I realize I still have that curious journalist in me who can identify threads easily.
Cooper’s Hawk from this morning taken from the front porch. I got a better photo of the tail feathers…better luck next time. We’re pretty sure this guy is why the grackle population in the yard has diminished. 🪶
