This will result in yet another settlement. Even if you don't give a fuck about the huge miscarriage of justice here, you should give a fuck about the fact that our city is setting records for settlements because it refuses to hold cops to account.

SDPD jailed the wrong person for several weeks based on Flock ALPR. Flock has led to wrongful accusation elsewhere, and now it happened here.
