A slightly odd view from the train on the approach to Blackfriars station - youβre looking straight on at the London Eye and yet somehow the sunset is still off to the west.
Itβs thanks to that great loop in the Thames - there are some great views that are technically correct but a bit unexpected!
Apparently June is skyscraper month - exactly why tall buildings need their own special month is anyoneβs guess - nevertheless, here I am with some skyscrapersβ¦

For those tyre enthusiasts out there - and Iβm sure there are many of you - today, in 1923, Firestone started producing balloon-tyres for cars.
Which leads neatly on to my linocut of some cars, sadly lacking, as I am, in any artwork that includes bunnies, lambs or eggs. Happy Easter everyone! π£
