I’m surprised at seeing the results from this as Asgar Farhadi is a very respected director. Social realist films set in Iran are sort of his bread and butter but he’s also done pretty good dramas set in other countries so I do wonder what happened here?
Why? Gears Of War 2 was the highest selling entry at $6.75 million in the heyday of the franchise mind you. So this budget is essentially setting this game up for failure already because no way it’s going to be profitable.
