The basis of science is to have reproducible work. I would say the methods and results are the most important - everything else is just context
Honestly, Dawid and Skene's 1979 paper is one of the most captivating and well-written statistics papers I've ever read. It's remarkable that, nearly 50 years later, people are still discussing it, building on its ideas, and even finding inspiration in it to pursue statistics themselves.
