A sheriff was successfully recalled yesterday (almost never happens) over allegations of missing drug evidence and falsifying employee time sheets.
The sheriff came under heavy criticism from the county commissioners and the county attorney, who accused him of everything from mishandling evidence to falsifying time sheets.
