I have actually started purposefully maxing out my weekly credits now doing random backlog stuff because I fear they will start limiting it more severely soon
From my own testing there’s little difference between Fable and Opus with the effort slider turned up to max, except that my Opus token usage is still being massively subsidized

The cool thing about this is that if we get a US DMA, Apple will no longer be able to play the whole "this feature isn't available to EU customers" thing but will simply have to design the feature in a way that is not anti-competitive. (though I do wish they'd make the App Store stuff more explicit)
