Up to 20,000 fewer patients will have to go to A&E and 6,000 fewer will be admitted to hospital each year thanks to reforms made possible by new legislation marking the next step in the government’s plan to make the NHS in England fit for the future.

I was told Starmer’s Government has not been overly productive in Scotland. So I had a look at what he has achieved in under 2 years. It looks pretty good. Thoughts? 4 images in total.

Labour is building a stronger, fairer Britain. That includes taking on the scourge of youth unemployment that has built up over the past two decades, so that every young person has the opportunity to go as far as their talents will take them.

These Reform characters & their supporters won't be happy til every 'forinner' is evicted from the UK, whatever their contribution to our country. They are sick imo. This govt is taking steps to control illegal migration. Preventing all migration is both irrational & impossible, nor do most want it.
Just overheard a horrendous piece of 'satirical comedy' by Dan Frisbee, making very personal accusations about rumours re the PM's sexuality. Starmer should be open to criticism for anything he puts forward as policy or as PM, but everyone's private life should remain just that, gay or straight.
For many of us, including me tbh, the govt's immigration plans go a bit too far. You can claim this is to pander to Reform voters, but if you read their posts they claim this is not enough & Starmer is just playing at it. Many do prioritise immigration as a voting issue, so govt has to address it 🤷
Hi all. Haven't posted for a while as I'm on a river cruise on the Rhine & didn't want to bring Andy Burnham with me!
