This kind of nonsense creates a paradox for me, because I don't believe in general intelligence as a concept, but whenever someone unironically treats IQ as a measure of it I want to call them stupid
Another important detail is 35% of the arrests were "collateral" rather than targeted. That means these are folks that federal agents swept up at bus stops and sidewalks as they roved the streets. That jibes with anecdotes but doesn't factor for all the "collateral" people caught and released. (3)
