🚨Preprint alert ! Alexis Gibson, a @hhmi-science.bsky.social Hannah Grey fellow, reports on our fun collaboration with PNNL. We used standard label-free MS to analyze caspase cleavage products in primary intestinal epithelial cells post inflammasome activation.
