I also really like Much Ado, but I know the back half is way weaker than the beginning.

Merge two movies: Boogie Nights of the Hunter
Itβs frustrating that the state north of Oregon is called Washington. The U.S. already had a Washington! And now we have to say βWashington stateβ or βWashington, D.C.β
And George Washington never went to Washington, nor did he know it existed!
Why did we do this? It sucks!
And itβs not like naming states after presidents was even a thing. But the one time weβve done this it resulted in an annoying and avoidable redundancy.

Last night at a kid event another parent asked βSo any plans this weekend?β
*nervous pause*
βUh. Do you know what Warhammer is?β
βYeah. Itβs a like D&D!β
βYeah, basically.β
βYou seemed embarrassed. I thought you were going to say you go to polyamorous BDSM nights or something.β
*nervous pause*
A lot of people are dunking on this. As someone who's done a lot of CrossFit style workouts I just want to say: Good! Keep doing that! His form is terrible and his coach should be calling "no rep!" repeatedly.
Bummed about EastBurn. Had a lot of good times there. You could go there for a classy happy hour, have the best grilled cheese of your life, or get shitfaced in the basement while playing skeeball.
Thatβs the Portland bar experience: Amazing food juxtaposed with getting soused and playing Pac-Man.
I woke up early on my 18th birthday and read King Lear all the way through. It was assigned for my HS English class. It depressed the hell out of me. It was my birthday and I was haunted and depressed for the rest of the day. I will always respect Lear for that.
Big fan of Titus Andronicus, but mostly because I think all the over-the-top violence is fun. Itβs not a good play. But it is a great play.
