to all my fellow bpd warriors; you are not a burden. you are not evil. you deserve love just as much as everyone else. feeling things so deeply every second of the day can be very mentally draining and its okay to take time to re charge. you got this. ily. 🦇
It’s apparently BPD awareness month. As someone people know I’ve been going through the frustrating process of diagnosis, as well as learning more and managing my own symptoms.
BPD is a very complicated and difficult disorder but it’s also incredibly misunderstood.
DO NOT LET THEM OFF OF THAT CRUISE SHIP.
