Folks are paying up to nearly their entire rent in additional fees for the "privilege" of not being locked into a long-term lease.
I think that in politics, we've gotta take what we can get while also pushing for the bigger goals. Let's fix the obvious problems now, while we keep fighting for more.
I know why he said it, and it's probably true most of the time. But damn I hope that, if nothing else, it never becomes true of me. My hope is that even the people who vote against me understand my motivations are truly to make things better for Idahoans, even if they dislike how I go about it.
