Nostalgic for the fun, sad because even running three miles now is a challenge that I can't do easily, never mind ten. Life circumstances block me from training to the level I'd need to in order to get back to that level. If I could keep one thing from 2009-13, It would be my fitness level. 2/

I got an email from Corrigan Sports announcing the Baltimore Ten Miler race shirts. I got nostalgic and a bit sad. I ran this race several times in the past, loved it, and really miss it. Even the steep azz hill at mile 9. I even enjoyed getting up at 5 am to make sure I got to the start on time. 1/
