I slept from 3am until 11:30am Monday, & napped through most of the afternoon. The new pills have cured my insomnia, maybe a little too well. Thinking it might be time to adjust to Eastern tmezone. Maybe do it in babysteps, switch from AK time to Mountain time first, for a while? No need to rush.
Somebody needs to come up with some cool live event to stream on July 4th, so that we can make sure it gets better ratings than the goddamn trump rally.
