The rice is tasty, just a bit al-dente. I think it might be old, so it's just a bear to work with.
Should probably do some art today. Or at least get Virtual Box running on this thing. I just can't get Clip Studio to fully cooperate through other methods. Apparently it does run fine on there.
Tonight's dinner: tofu, oyster mushrooms garlic scapes and kale in a balsamic cherry reduction. Also a mushroom/scallion brown rice that refused to cook in a timely manner.
Well, I know it won't FULLY cooperate, but it wasn't mostly cooperating either, lol. Bottles keeps it so separate that I can't move files around. So old files are inaccessible in the bottle, and new files are inaccessible outside the bottle.
And I mean Tumblr when it's at it's most silly/inane, not Tumblr in drama mode.
Thankfully all of the dramamongers moved to Twitter, so Tumblr's actually been really chill ever since.
It's been a pretty lazy weekend, although I have a Project for dinner (still mulling over how to do it exactly). Gonna involve a cherry balsamic reduction 'cause I have cherries that need using. :3
Like all of the prickly pear cactus around here are blooming really heavy right now. I guess the mild winter/weird spring has been to their liking.
And, yes if you have the right micro (or nano) climate, you can grow prickly pears in the ground here. I've seen them bloom before, but not this heavy!

Also... I'm always amazed if a straight man ever survives Tumblr, much less understands it.
